A project team is rarely one household arriving on one flight. Some members may start earlier, leave later or need separate accommodation. Put the actual occupancy pattern into the housing brief before requesting Anaheim options.
Build an occupancy calendar
List each required home by an internal reference, arrival window, departure window and bedroom requirement. Use references rather than publishing employee names. Separate confirmed dates from possible changes. If two people share an apartment, confirm that the arrangement suits them and the provider’s terms.
Count simultaneous homes at the busiest point, not just the total number of people passing through the project. A team of several people arriving in sequence can have a different housing need from a group arriving together. Ask the provider to quote against the calendar you actually expect.
Confirm destination and transport
Give the relevant worksite or meeting destination and describe whether the team uses individual vehicles or shared transport. Ask about parking for the proposed setup. A provider’s general service area does not establish a useful route from a particular home.
If the project uses multiple worksites, identify which one matters most on each day. Avoid choosing all accommodation around a single occasional destination because it appears in the project’s public description.
Make changes trackable
Designate one housing coordinator and a named backup. Specify who may request an extension, add a home or approve a change in price. An employee asking about a possibility should not be mistaken for procurement approval.
Request the contracting party, invoice structure, arrival process and terms for extensions or early departures. Keep each home’s current status visible: requested, quoted, approved or confirmed.
Use Anaheim property results and corporate-housing providers as separate research lists. The final allocation should identify the actual home and the organization responsible for delivering it. That makes a staggered team stay easier to coordinate without overbooking or assuming unconfirmed inventory exists.
