A one-page corporate housing brief for apartment operators

Explain actual stay options, furnished scope, billing and capacity without turning hoped-for inventory into a corporate-housing promise.

MIMO field notes · Operator practice · · MIMO editorial team

An operator does not need a long corporate-housing brochure to begin a useful conversation. A one-page brief can work if it identifies the accommodation, the real service scope and how current availability is confirmed.

Define what you operate

State the property name, location and responsible company. Explain whether you offer furnished homes directly or work with a separate accommodation provider. If a partnership is only under discussion, do not describe it as a live service.

Identify the stay arrangements you can actually quote. Avoid treating a general apartment inventory as immediately available corporate capacity. Unit counts, dates and lease terms need their own confirmation.

Show the practical service scope

Describe supplied furniture, kitchen setup, internet, parking and cleaning where they are genuinely offered. Name the contact for billing, arrival and maintenance. If services depend on the proposed unit or duration, say so.

List the questions required for a quote: dates, number of homes, bedroom configurations, location constraints and billing needs. Keep personal occupant information out of the public brief.

Make the capacity statement honest

Use language such as “multi-unit inquiries reviewed against current availability” when the allocation is not yet confirmed. Do not use a fixed promise of 20 homes because that is the volume you hope to sell.

If a specific allocation is offered, attach a date, quote validity and the conditions for securing it. Keep any alternative properties individually identified so a buyer can assess location differences.

Link to a real request path

Direct coordinators to the existing corporate-housing or partner inquiry form. Ask for enough detail to assess fit, then gather the remaining requirements in the follow-up.

The brief’s job is to help the buyer understand your role and prepare a usable request. Accurate boundaries and a responsive contact are more persuasive than a list of industries you cannot yet serve or a capacity claim unsupported by current accommodation.
